encountered throughout the US, we are unable to guarantee that any plans
will conform to the requirements in your area. We urge you to consult with
Building Officials where you intend to build, before applying for any
permits, to verify that the plans will be appropriate. Some areas of the
country require stamps by an Engineer and or an Architect - your local
Building Officials will be able to advise you on this. |
| New York Residents : You will be responsible for
obtaining the stamp of a state-registered Architect on all plans. |
| All plan copies are sold to be used once in the process of
the construction of a single building. All copyrights
are owned and reserved by Greywing Design and Consulting. No copies of any
kind are to be made without the express, written permission of Greywing
Design and Consulting. |
| No warranties, express or implied, are made as to the
suitability of any plan for any purpose. Any errors or omissions must be
brought to the attention of Greywing Design and Consulting PRIOR to
construction. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that
construction conforms to all applicable State, Local and Federal Rules,
Regulations and Code requirements. |
| Greywing Design and Consulting shall not be held liable for
any damages related to construction. In purchasing any plan, you agree to
limit the designer's liability to the cost of the plans. |
| Plan copies are made in response to your order ~ therefore,
refunds cannot be made. However, on your FIRST order, we will provide
plans of a different house (of your choosing) at a 50% discount on receipt
of all plan copies from the first order (in original, unused and resalable
condition). |
| If you need a reversed version of any plan you can let us
know on the order form. We re-plot, so you and your contractor can read
everything. |
| A plan order comprises 6 sets of copies of the plan
requested. A set shows all exterior elevations, floor plan(s), foundation
plan, sections and framing plans. Plans are intended to be suitable for use
by competent building contractors. Plans are NOT intended as step-by-step
instructions for construction of the house by novices. |
| Orders for additional sets (above
6) must be made with the original order |
| Changes, and redesigns of any plan are available from
Greywing Design and Consulting. Charges for design services will be quoted
